APR is the leader in computer upgrades for VW and Audi Turbo Charged cars with 1.8T, 2.0T and 2.7T engines. DirectPort programing is available for most drive by wire (electronic throttle cable) 1.8T cars, 24V VR6, R32 and Audi S4 V8. DirectPort progamming is the ability to downloaded new software to the ECU via the OBD2 connector. APR has also devloped "ECMS" Enhanced Modular Chipping System which allows the owner purchase multiple programs that can be switched by using the cruse control switch. This gives the user the ability to switch from stock programing to a chipped program or to programing for different octane rated fuels.
