APR Front Mount Intercoolers

APR Tuned front mount intercoolers for 2000 - 2005 1.8T Golf, Jetta, and 1997 - 20011.8T Audi A4. APR has designed a unique intercooler to help cooling of the pressurized air from the turbo without a major restriction of air getting to the AC condenser and radiator. Special end tanks and internal vaning ensures a even air flow through the cooler , which reduces uneven warmed air distribution through the core. APR Intercoolers feature Cast End Tanks with internal vaining, Top To Bottom Feed Extruded Aluminum Core, Mandrel-Bent Powedercoated Stainless Steel Plumbing, APR Custom Silicone Intake Hoses, and powder coated brackets. Some modifications are needed to install on all applications. NOTE Golf and Jetta intercooler With Rebar Pricing includes a refundable $200.00 core charge for a modified bumper support upon it's return to APR. NOTE Audi A4 will need an S4 bumper or aftermarket bumper to fit cooler in behind it.
